2. Service Description

sociaup provides social media marketing services including but not limited to followers, likes, and views for Instagram and TikTok. We deliver these services through third-party providers and cannot guarantee specific results.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when placing orders
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Understand that social media platform algorithms may remove followers over time
• Maintain your account as public during delivery when required

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. Prices are listed in EUR and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges associated with your orders.

5. Refill Policy

We offer a 30-day drop protection guarantee. If your follower count drops within 30 days of delivery, we will refill the lost amount at no extra cost. This excludes organic fluctuations and platform-wide purges.

6. Limitation of Liability

sociaup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
