Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Drop Protection

Instead of refunds, we offer a 30-day drop protection guarantee. If your follower, like, or view count decreases within 30 days of delivery, we will refill the lost amount at no extra cost. This is our primary remedy.

2. When Refunds Are Issued

Refunds may be issued solely at our discretion in the following cases:

• The ordered service was not delivered within 72 hours
• A duplicate charge occurred on your payment method
• The service was significantly different from what was described

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Orders that have already been fully or partially delivered
• Natural drop in numbers due to platform maintenance or algorithm changes
• Change of mind after the order has started processing
• Orders placed with incorrect usernames or links

4. How to Request a Refill

Contact us via email with your order details within 30 days of purchase. We typically process refill requests within 24-48 hours.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in permanent account restriction. Please reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving any issues fairly.
